Leadership is a colossal challenge. Godly leadership is even more difficult. Leaders are inundated with expectations, divine demands, human needs and personal goals. Biblical examples abound on how Godly leaders navigate the straight and narrow path to achieve divine purpose, satisfy some human expectations and groom the younger generation of leaders. Contemporary challenges complicate leadership expectations. The conflict between worldly and Godly values confronts Godly leaders daily.
Godly Leadership Challenge sessions 1, 2, and 3 address unavoidable, timeless, biblical and contemporary difficulties Godly leaders face. These include, among others, managing transitions, time and talents, family, people and money management skills, the transferability of talents and traits, eternal tests of following God. This list is not exhaustive.
