Biblical leadership creates a conducive environment for the development of human and natural resources, thereby facilitating an abundant life as Jesus provides in John 10:10. Biblical leadership is the shield against stealing, killing, destroying, and against the endemic corruption of individuals and nations. A crippled church cannot uplift a dysfunctional society. Emergence of redeemed, envisioned, and empowered leadership generation heralds the birth of a new Africa. The need and the challenge demand a robust engagement.
